How can I set good security on my user account (windows xp) ?

My work members all have their own user accounts on our one computer but I want to know how I can add an extra password or a long sequence of words to my account. So If someone does get into my account with my password somehow it will come up with a new thing asking them for further password/sequence of words.

Is this possible on XP windows ??????

Any other security I can add to our precious work computer????

I haven't found a way to do what you are asking. You can set up a password that will be nearly impossible for them to "crack". This is called a Strong Password and is very effective in preventing unauthorized or unwanted access to your account.

Make a password of random LETTERS, NUMBERS AND SYMBOLS of at least 8 characters. For example ye_i+*tx2 (.)85. If you must write it down be sure to put it in you wallet or a place on your person where others cannot see or access it. It will only take a few uses before you have a password like this memorized.

With a random password like the above will give you great protection. You will know if anyone get into your account cause they will have to change your password. They will not be able to guess it based on knowledge of you or to guess it.
