Internet Security Pop-Up ???

I'm having a problem with a Internet Explorer Security Pop-Up which keeps appearing constantly on my screen whenever I have any webpage open or am even trying to open a page.

The pop-up states...

A website wants to open web content using this program on your computer.

And the program it states is : Adobe Flash Player

But this opens no matter what page I am opening and is constantly popping up - even after I check the box that states:

Do not show me the warning for this program again.

Does anyone know why this is happening and most importantly, how to make it stop?

Try going to tools%26gt;internet option,click on the security tab%26gt;internet tab

Set the security to medium or click the default setting tab.

i dont know what version of flash player u have coz there was a problem with the older version of flash that makes such problem. the solution is that go to add/remove program and uninstall the flash player then go to

www.adobe.com and download the latest flash
