It happens every time I open a page...how do i not make it happen any more?

This is a reasonably safe programme, to allow, but saying that it can be used as a tool to potentially harm your computer. If you trust the web-site that requests access to the program, then it is down to u to give it the OK (allow), if this site is amongst your trusted web-site list (Start%26gt;Control panel%26gt;Internet options%26gt;Privacy%26gt;Trusted sites), this will reduce or completely remove the permission requests screen. If for any reason you feel this will open your computer to some kind of attack, then I would suggest u do not allow the action to take place.

change the security settings on your Internet explorer browser, from high to medium.
-Try going into IE options, and lower the security.

-Try adding the sites that you go on often to the allow list.\

If these don't work, try lowering the security of your firewall or try simply switching to firefox.
