Windows Security Alert - Windows Firewall - BitTorrent.. Please answer?

I have two windows security alerts right now.

One says

Name: bittorrent

Publisher: unknown

Other says

Name: DNA

Publisher: BitTorrent, Inc.

It's because i'm using BitTorrent

I'm new to the program

This didn't happen yesterday when i installed it but has happened now that i've just turned it on after turning my computer on

Should I block? Should I unblock? Or should I click ask me later?

It should be safe to unblock.. right? Not sure what to do. My downloads are pretty slow, if i unblock will they go faster?
