How do i completely get rid of Norton Security Center off of laptop?

i own a dell latitude cpi with windows xp and installed norton, then later got rid of it and installed aol security center. aol says my security is fair and when i check what the problem is it says that i have multiple anti-virus programs installed on my computer and it says this could affect my computer in a negative way.then it says "programs that should be uninstalled"

Norton Security is very secure. Apparently not even the user that put it on there can get rid of it, much less a hacker or a virus. Norton is probably gonna keep on protecting you whether you like it or not.
