I have a computer virus. The object name is Install207[1].exe?

It is described as a Trojan horse Generic4.XOW. I can find nothing about this (Generic4.XOW) on the net. Is anyone familiar with it? I starting getting the contravirus pop ups. I have it quarantined in my virus vault and haven't had any popups since. How do I remove it entirely from my computer. It says it is a high security risk.

search for it, go to start, click on search, and type the virus, and kill it, if not, you have to go dos and kill it, and wipe it off, that i do not know how to do it
Destroy it using anti-virus software or just completely destroy the file it is in. Just avoid anything suspicious from then on.

Be sure to destroy it before the virus kills your software!!!!
