Trouble installing panda internet security 2007 by downloading?

I am unable to download a Panda Internet Security 2007 to a XP Media Edition computer from their site. I have two other computers that I previously installed it w/o major issues ( I have 3 computer license). It wants me to install disk #1 looking for pavexcfg.dll file but I do not have the disks. If I try 'browse' and point to directory with the file it will not accept. Tried deleting %26 reloading several times. Panda support does not respond to emails. Any ideas?

Since it is working on 2 of your computers, go through a couple of safe mode restarts, clean out your temp file (C:\Document and Setting\yourname.folder\local settings/temp)

and defrag the disc, then try again...
